| Description | As of May 15, 2023, project was awarded to M&B Contracting, awarded amount is $538,938.60. The project proposes constructing a concrete trail from N. Park Lane through Northridge Boulevard to Tamarack Road. The trail will be 10' wide with site amenities, signage, and landscaping. There are no DBE and/or M/WBE goals for this project; however, the use of DBE and M/WBE entities is highly encouraged. All contractors are to be registered at electronically to be eligible for the bid.
