Description

Project Title: Remove and Replace Various Signs at CCSFS, Phase II The purpose of this scope is to provide a general overview of work is to remove and replace signs at various locations on CCSFS to reflect changes from United States Air Force to United States Space Force. The contractor is to provide the design, fabrication, and installation of one hundred and seventy-five (175) new signs, per the standards listed below in Section 2.0. This includes thirty-six (36) freestanding building identification signs & sign boxes, twenty-eight (28) freestanding miscellaneous signs & sign boxes, eighty-six (86) street/road signs, and twenty-five (25) building-mounted "Launch Shelter" signs. The contractor is to remove and dispose of one hundred and seventy-five (175) existing various signs & sign boxes. This is a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price Construction Contract for Space Launch Delta 45, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL. The Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204. NAICS Code 236220. Size Standard is $45M. THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED AS SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE (SDVOSB). OFFERORS NOT MEETING THIS CRITERIA WILL BE DEEMED NONRESPONSIVE AND INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Government reserves the right to cancel this Invitation for bid, either before after the closing date.
