Arcadia West Water Storage Tank Replacement

This project is for the Lehigh County Authority. This project is for the demolition and replacement of an existing 0.3-million-gallon steel water storage tank with a 0.3-million-gallon concrete tank. This project includes, but is not limited to the following items: 1. Provide temporary access drive. 2. Provide new water storage tank, pipes, valves, and instrumentation. 3. Demolish existing water storage tank. 4. Modify Pump & Control Building – add a concrete block wall. 5. Provide new fencing and paving. 6. Provide electrical systems. 7. Relocate fire pump fuel storage tank. 8. Relocate existing emergency generator.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
