Fawcett - Boiler Replacement

Perform hazardous material abatement for Heating Hot Water work - piping, equipment,etc. Remove (2) existing heating hot water boilers, all associated piping, pumps, etc. One 2,000 MBH existing condensing-type AERCO boiler will remain and be incorporated into the new boiler plant. Remove existing 3-way mixing valve in secondary heating water piping loop. Furnish and install 3 new AERCO high efficiency condensing type natural gas-fired boilers on new housekeeping pad. Complete installation of new boilers with associated piping, inline pumps, flue, combustion air piping, air/dirt separator, etc., and place into operation. Modify existing Johnson Controls Building Automation System to provide monitoring of new boiler plant, to enable boiler plant, and to reset supply water temperature. Provide power for all new boilers and pumps. Two of each will be fed from emergency power and one will be fed from normal power.
