Description

Demolition and replacement of a 6'x220' pier with a 6'x10' floating dock and kayak launch. 1. All demolition costs associated with the removal of the existing structure. 2. All demolished materials must be disposed of at NC DEQ permitted site, contractor shall provide disposal tickets upon request. 3. All piles should be round - All wood throughout should be pressure treated marine grade. 4. All hardware should be 316 stainless -- All screws will be supplied by contractor. 5. All concrete slats should be marine grade.
