NBSD Graving Dock Keel Blocks

Provide graving dock keel block materials, repairs (same day installation), and removal of damaged blocks for a Naval Base San Diego (NBSD) graving dock. Build 83 each new docking blocks. Renew existing hardwood on 80 existing blocks. Dispose of 50 each expired blocks. Required delivery date is 5/20/2022. Vendor will build, deliver, and install 83 EA new Docking Blocks and renew the hard wood on 80 EA existing blocks listed on paragraph 4.1. 3.2 Vendor will dispose 50 each expired blocks in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing No. 845-5500948 and or NAVSEA Standard Items in accordance with reference 2.0, 2.2, 2.3, 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 3.2.1, 3.2.2, and 3.3 at Contractor’s or Graving Dock. 3.3 Remove and dispose of existing White Oak Timbers on (80 EA total) keel blocks (top and bottom) 3.4 Dispose 50 EA concrete keel block with their timbers (300 EA timbers) 3.5 Install new White and Red Oak Timbers (83 EA total) New and (80 EA total) existing keel block “Top and Bottoms”
