Description

The 2017 Water Master Plan identified this project as necessary to serve the future development of Priority Area 1 (PA-1) and Bridle Gate. This project will install a pump station adjacent to the Reservoir 1.3 located on St. Regis Avenue. The new pump station should provide approximately 4,500 GPM (~6.5 MGD) when fully operational. The project is included in the City of Brentwood's FY 2021/2022-2025/2026 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of June 10, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
