Ash, Salina, Kansas 67401. Please contact the Department of Public Works/Engineering at 785-309-5725 with any questions in regard to the project. The successful bidder will be furnished an additional three complete sets of plans and specifications. Additional sets required will be furnished at the current cost. The City of Salina, Kansas, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities therein.
