The Village of Park Forest is seeking qualified Architectural and Engineering firms, or individuals to conduct a Comprehensive Municipal Facilities Study of identified municipal buildings within the Village of Park Forest. This study will include an assessment of the physical condition and needs of each facility as well as an analysis of each facilities ability to meet the present and future needs of residents and employees of the Village of Park Forest. Facilities included in this Comprehensive Municipal Facility Study are: 1. Park Forest Village Hall 2. Park Forest Police Station 3. Park Forest Fire Station 4. Municipal Garage 5. Park Forest Water Plant 6. Freedom Hall 7. Recreation Center 8. Park Forest Aqua Center 9. Park Forest Tennis & Health Club Note: Associated parking areas of each facility are included.
