Description

The proposed repairs to be considered shall in general consist of: 1. Approximately 6,400 LF of Channel Straightening, and Spoil Leveling. 2. Replacing 42 surface drain and sub-surface drain outlets and associated work items. 3. Seeding of ditch side slopes. 4. Removal and disposal of wood headwall. 5. Removal and disposal of concrete abutment. 6. Placement of approximately 260 tons of rip rap. 7. Construction of one surface water chute consisting of approximately 4,551 square feet of tied concrete block mat.
