Rose Garden Stormwater Improvement

The ROSE GARDEN STORMWATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT involves the construction of a bioretention cell for stormwater control, installation of storm drainage piping, associated grading, removal of existing trees, vegetation and curb and gutter, erosion and sedimentation control with inspections, and all associated appurtenances as described in the specifications or shown on the Contract Drawings. Removal of existing trees and vegetation. Removal of existing storm drainage piping and structures, and portions of existing curb and gutter. Protection of items to remain: vegetation, arbor structure, and existing utilities. Construction of a bioretention cell, and associated grading. Installation of storm drainage piping, and curb and gutter. The contractor will be responsible for providing necessary erosion and sediment control and revegetation of disturbed area.
