Description

This 34,662 GSF with 20,341 NASF renovation project includes the renovation the existing Technical Innovation Center (TIC). The CBES project includes renovation of all three floors. The first floor will contain classrooms, manufacturing and lab space, offices and with the addition of a new lobby addition. The second and third floors will be office spaces for business incubation with shared office spaces on each floor along with single offices. The project also calls for a new roof and updated HVAC throughout.
