The City of Tampa will receive sealed bid/proposals from qualified firms or individuals to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the specifications document. Note: All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Tampa Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. The City of Tampa issues its Bids and RFPs electronically. Please note that Vendors who obtain specifications and plans from sources are cautioned that bid packages may be incomplete. The City will not accept incomplete bids. Woman-Owned/Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (WMBE) and Small/Local Business Enterprises (SLBE) are encouraged to participate in the bid process. The City of Tampa has a managed Small and Local Busineess program to certify both its woman-owned, minority-owned, and small business vendors.
