Elevator Renovation at Harlem Park Building 78

The scope of the project is to replace the existing freight Elevator "B" and passenger Elevator "C", maintaining the existing shaft in the school building. Freight Elevator "B" located near the loading dock, is a (2) two stop hydraulic elevator. The stops are Level 1- Storage level, Level 2Loading Dock level. The Elevator machine room is located in the Boiler room on a level below Level 1. Passenger elevator "C" located near the Auditorium stage is a (4) four stop traction elevator. The stops are Level 1- Basement level, Level 2-1st floor Auditorium level, Level 3- 2nd floor Classroom level, Level 4-3rd floor classroom level. The elevator machine room is above level 4.
