| Description | The Project includes the following Roofing Replacement at Crossroads Park Elementary, located at 1050 50th Street, West Des Moines, Iowa 50266. 1. Tear off and replacement of approximately 37,776 square feet of existing roofing system with new vapor barrier, flat-tapered polyisocyanurate insulation, coverboard and 90-mil fully adhered EPDM membrane assembly. 2. New roof assembly will include a thirty (30) year manufacturer’s warranty with a five (5) year contractor installation warranty. 3. All sheet metal copings, flashings, edge, fascia, boots and related accessories will be removed and replaced with new 24-gauge Kynar finished metal. Manufacturer’s twenty (20) year paint warranty shall be included for these components. |
