| Description | The purpose of this Bid is to establish a contract to provide firm pricing for carpet, vinyl composition tile, Porcelain floor and ceramic wall tile, quarry tile, and resilient sheet flooring for the demolition, prep, installation, repairs, and maintenance services as listed and described on the bid price sheet and in the body of this solicitation for The School Board of Orange County (OCPS), Florida on an as-needed basis Length of Contract and Renewals: This Bid intends to establish a contract for an initial period of three (3) years from the date of the award by the OCPS School Board with two (2) additional oneyear renewal options at the same prices, terms, conditions, and specifications upon mutual agreement by OCPS and the Contractor.
