Townes at The Terraces

Project consists of renovation of an existing housing development spread over a several block area. The distribution of units consists of: 2 one-bedroom flats, 78 two-bedroom, 107 three-bedroom, and 15 four-bedroom units. There are 10 different unit types including 1 bedroom flat, 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom w/ porches, 2 bedroom HC, 2 bedroom flat (Above HC Unit), 3 bedroom, 3 bedroom w/ porches, 3 bedroom HC, 4 bedroom and 4 bedroom HC Townhome Units. The buildings are 2 and 3 stories over slab on grade. This is step two of a two-step bidding process for Owner. Related to: HABC IFB B-1933-21 This project site will be occupied during the entire construction period.
