Description | Tenant improvement of 43,200 square-feet of existing warehouse building located at 3863 N Steele Street. Core and Shell improvements include new storefront, windows, doors, exterior lighting, mechanical and plumbing systems. Existing building core restrooms will be demolished and new restroom core will be constructed per the plans. As of December 28, 2022, the building permit is under review through the City if Denver. An architect and a general contractor have been selected. The general contractor is currently accepting bids for HVAC.
