SCOPE OF WORK: a. Provide new aisle handrail at the North end of the North-East stands. b. Provide new aisle handrail at the South end of the South-West stands. c. Provide new parking lot access pipe steel gate and bollards at North side of North parking lot access. d. Provide new parking lot access pipe steel gate and bollards at North-East corner of North parking lot access. e. Provide new parking lot access pipe steel gate and bollards at South-East corner of North parking lot access. f. Provide new parking lot access pipe steel gate and bollards at South-East corner of South parking lot access. g. Provide new parking lot access pipe steel gate and bollards at South-center of South parking lot access. h. Provide new parking lot access pipe steel gate and bollards at South-West corner of South parking lot access. i. Replace conference room lighting with New LED fixtures. Provide additional fixtures to maintain proper lighting levels per code. j. Provide new pole mounted LED (25’) luminaries that have no light above 90 ° as required by code.
