Aluminum Structural Plate Pipe Arch - Headwall

1 1 Each 72’ LF – 11’-1” span x 7’-0” rise, 0.150” metal thickness, with type 2 ribs on 27” centers, aluminum structural plate pipe arch fully welded to 31’-6” wide x 10’-0” high, 0.250” metal thickness, aluminum structural plate headwall on inlet and outlet ends. ALSP pipe arch stub pipes welded to headwalls to be 0.250” metal thickness with type 2 ribs on 9” centers pipe arch to have three (3) each internal baffle walls per attached drawing. Fully welded aluminum structural plate headwall. Aluminum stiffening rib bolted to soil side of wall. Includes one roll of TX Geogrid, all headwall cap, wall support members, and tieback rods with deadman anchor plates, supplier to assemble structure and headwalls in final designed location and elevation within one.
