The purpose of this bid is to establish an annual contract for the following: 1) removal of leaking, abandoned, or obsolete underground storage tanks and piping systems; 2) repair, maintenance, and refurbishment of existing petroleum product storage tank systems; 3) installation of above-ground storage tank systems; and 4) monitoring environmental investigation, and discharge mitigation of petroleum product storage tank systems and associated areas for potential and actual petroleum product discharges.
