Description

1. The work will involve an equivalent replacement of existing hydronic heating, chilled water, and fan coil systems. The hydronic heating system equipment will be replaced with new higher efficiency boilers, heating coils with modulating control valves and pumps. The outdoor air cooled chiller with be replaced with an equivalent nominal tonnage chiller. The fan coil system will be replaced with new variable speed (ECM or VFD) inline fans. In addition there will be replacement of ductwork, grilles, registers, diffusers, thermostats, controls, verification of serviceability of electrical, and testing and balancing. 2. Relocate existing piping, conduit, fire sprinklers, waste and vent lines, etc. In order to accommodate the new equipment and ductwork. All changes to fire sprinkler piping and heads must be approved by the authority having jurisdiction.
