| Description | DVBE-5%. The Consultant shall perform consultation, research, professional and technical services required for Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Division ofDesign (DOD). Services, including, but not limited to, developing new or revising existing policies, procedures, guidance, spreadsheet tools, and implementation. Service or work will be done on an “as-needed” basis to support the Caltrans, Division of Design, Project Delivery Program, District 53. The Caltrans Contract Manager shall assign specific work to the Consultant to assist the Caltrans workforce through the issuance of Task Orders describing in detail the services to be performed. The Consultant shall only perform work that is assigned in an authorized Task Order. This Contract does not guarantee that a Task Order shall be issued. |
