Description | JOb Number: 7972, 19-0007789-02 EPV: $9,916,000.00 - $9,680,000.00. The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled "121 MLK Acquisition And Tenant Improvement: Interior Remodel & Site Improvement" and is located at 121 Martin Luther King Boulevard Las Vegas, Nevada 89106. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 48 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of the interior remodel of the entire building, reroofing of the building, partial exterior painting, new exterior ramp, and site improvements. Construction includes the following: Contractor shall include all labor, materials. Equipment and services necessary to construct the facility per approved plans and specifications. The base bid shall include but is not limited to: selective demolition of existing improvements for new construction, including, but not limited to the demolition of existing partitions, new partitions, millwork, salvage of doors, flooring and base, ceilings, painting (interior and exterior), room signage, roof replacement, replacement of plumbing fixtures, carriers, piping, new restroom fixtures and piping, roof top mechanical unit survey and repair; replacement and new vav boxes, new ductwork and diffusers; removal and replacement of light fixtures, replacement of existing light switches, electrical circuits for modular furniture, wall receptacles, circuits for all vav boxes on the first floor, and circuits for new owner supplied equipment; site work, removal and replacement of AC paving, restriping, removal and replacement of fencing, removal and replacement of existing handicap ramp, removal of north road, new landscaping, removal and replacement of automatic gates, and new CMU site walls.
