Water Damage Repair & Mold Abatement (NCR)

The contractor shall provide the tools, materials, technicians, and equipment for the repair and replacement of affected drywall, ceiling tiles, flooring tiles, and air duct insulation. All repairs shall match existing equipment and original finishings and shall be made using standard industry practices. The contractor shall provide written documentation for every visit outlining the performed work. The contractor shall provide the following service as described below: 1.3.1 Perform mold remediation for affected areas, to include establishing a containment area; using Hepa vaccums, air scrubbers, and dehumidifiers; and performing a wipedown with an anti-microbial solution. 1.3.2 Crop out and replace approximately 200 sq ft of drywall. 1.3.3 Prep and paint drywall to match surrounding areas. 1.3.4 Replace all affected floor tiles to match existing tile (approximately 75 tiles). 1.3.5 Replace all affected ceiling tiles to match existing tile (approximately 50 tiles). 1.3.6 Crop out and replace all affected HVAC duct insulation (approximately 300 sq ft). 1.3.7 Bag and haul away all debris.
