CONTINUATION PAGE IFB #: 36C24523B0002_1 Title: 512A5-20-304, Replace Roofs Patient Buildings at Perry Point VAMC BLOCK 10, CONTINUED Contractor to supply all labor, supervision, travel, equipment, tools, materials, inspection/testing services, and legal disposal of waste materials to replace Patient Buildings roofs. Work scope includes, but is not limited to, roofing demolition, substrate demolition, substrate installation, roofing installation, adjustment and protection of roofing equipment, installation of fall restraint system, installation of lightning protection system, installation of roof drainage system, installation of snow guards, asbestos abatement, and manufacturer/technical representative in accordance with the applicable specifications, drawings, and building codes. If there is a conflict between the drawings and specifications, contractor shall submit RFI, and VA will make final determination of requirement. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 350 calendar days for base bid, 700 calendar days with all additives. Two organized site visits will be scheduled for 04/06/2023 and 04/11/2023 at 09:00AM at Perry Point VAMC. The site visit will begin in the parking lot for building 82H. Please confirm attendance by emailing brandon.parker2@va.gov.
