The contract will commence on January 1, 2023 and will terminate close of business December 31, 2023. The City will have the option to extend the contract for two (2) one (1) year periods. If this option is exercised, the first extension period will commence January 1, 2024, and terminate close of business December 31, 2024. The vendor will be notified in writing prior to December 31, 2023 of this extension. The second extension period shall commence January 1, 2025 and terminate December 31, 2025. The vendor will be notified in writing prior to December 31, 2024 of this extension. A performance bond is NOT required. |
