Professional Architectural Services for the Administration and Maintenance Building

In general, the Architectural Services will consist of planning, design, and construction administration services for the new construction of approximately 7,040 square feet of administration office building and approximately 10,224 square feet maintenance/garage building located at 147 Millstone Road, East Windsor Township, NJ 08520 including site improvements; Construction of new fuel station; installing new fixtures, and equipment; and all necessary plumbing, electrical, and mechanical (the "Project"). The Authority is currently pursuing a design for LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. The buildings shall be designed to these standards. Proposer will identify and file for grant money through many avenues including but not limited to N.J. Clean Energy Program, ESIP Program, Department of Energy, HUD, etc.
