Columbine Park Improvements

The City is issuing this RFP to select qualified donors, sponsors and/or operators to assist the City in financing of the construction and operation of the new facility. Possible proposed uses may include, but are not limited to: • Event Uses (such as weddings, album release parties, corporate events, holiday parties, etc.) • Audio Visual & Streaming Uses (such as recorded streaming, podcasting, music video filming, etc.) • Community Uses (such as concerts, writers’ nights, City-sponsored events, etc.) • Educational Uses (such as music classes, lunch & learns, industry symposiums, etc.)
