Description

The project consists of all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required for the removal and replacement of the HVAC System to include the existing air handling unit attached at MPT - Annapolis MD Transmitter located at 1690 Hawkins Road, , Annapolis, MD 21401, Anne Arundel County. The deadline for questions has been established as September 14, 2023, at 3:30 p.m., to assure that there is enough time to allow the A/E to provide responses and Addendum issuance if necessary. Please submit all questions to the Procurement Officer: James Alston - james.alston1@maryland.gov and Supervisor Christine Stenhouse - christine.stenhouse1@maryland.gov This Contract requires complete replacement of existing 7-ton split HVAC system. The Contractor shall be responsible for all work related to Replace existing 7-ton split HVAC system
