Parking Lot Reconstruction - New Pavement, EV Charging Station 1. General Information a. The Project Scope of Work includes reclaiming the existing parking lot and repaving the parking lot to match existing grades b. Installing new pavement markings. c. Removing the existing curbing and installing new granite curb. d. Removing sections of existing sidewalks and installing a new concrete and bituminous concrete sidewalks as well as concrete pavers. e. Removing and resetting existing signs. f. Installing new conduit and infrastructure for electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. 2. Project Schedule a. Anticipate Notice to Proceed by May 2, 2022. b. Allow 10-week construction period for Substantial Completion date of July 15, 2022. c. All work shall be concluded for Final Completion date no later than August 12, 2022.
