| Description | West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors ("BOG") located in Morgantown, West Virginia ("WVU" or "University") is initiating this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to solicit proposals from qualified, experienced, and licensed firms for a manufacturer to design and manufacture a composite material and final components required for the replacement of the PRT guideway fascia panels and safety railings, in and adjacent to, the Beechurst PRT station. COMMUNICATIONS - The proposal process is highly controlled. To protect the integrity of the process, any questions or clarifications regarding this Request for Proposal must be handled through the Department of Procurement, Contracting, & Payment Services.
