Description

All A&E services necessary to fully design the Project unless otherwise noted including, but not limited to, MEP, structural, and geotechnical engineers. The Architect will work closely and collaboratively with the Owner and its consultants including presenting updates as needed. The Architect should also anticipate presentations to the I-195 Redevelopment District Commission (the oversight board of the Owner) and the public, and renderings should be provided as needed to accurately express the Architect’s design intent.
