Sanitary Sewer Extension for Cherokee Nation Child Development Center

The project consists of the construction of approximately 960 LF of 8" sanitary sewer to connect to the MidAmerica Industrial Park Wastewater Collection System and other appurtenances. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, or Cashier's Check upon any solvent Bank or Trust Company, payable without reserve to the Oklahoma Ordnance Works Authority/MidAmerica Industrial Park, Pryor Creek, Oklahoma, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid security of the two low bidders will be retained until approval of contract and execution of satisfactory bonds by the successful bidder, or until other disposition on the bids is made. BIDDER must be on plan holders list at Holloway, Updike and Bellen, Inc. in order to submit a bid.
