| Description | The University of Cincinnati is requesting design services required for the renovation of the Sheakley Athletics Center site located at the northwest corner of Corry Boulevard and Jefferson Avenue. The east portion of the site will house a new Indoor Practice Facility where the existing field is located. The indoor facility will be structured for use by all athletic programs, as well as club sports and student recreational uses. The west portion will support an Athlete Performance Center with strength and conditioning, daily-use locker rooms, physical therapy, offices, team meeting rooms, and related functions to primarily support football operations. Total Project Cost: $70,000,000 |
