2023 Pavement Marking Improvements

Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. For the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of 2023 Pavement Marking Improvements Major quantities for the Work include: 15,085 LIN FT 4-Inch Solid Line Multi-Component (Yellow) 41,900 LIN FT 4-Inch Solid Line Multi-Component (White) 82 LIN FT 24-Inch Solid Line Multi-Component (White) 3,540 SQ FT Pavement Message Multi-Component (White) Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. Bids shall be directed to the City Administrator, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, "BID FOR 2023 PAVEMENT MARKING IMPROVEMENTS, LITTLE FALLS, MN."
