| Description | The District is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from Independent Contractors for Job Order Contracting (JOC) services for Construction Services for the Coconino County Flood District (hereinafter "District"). The District intends to award multiple contracts to the highest rated firms on the final list after all proposals are evaluated based on the weighted selection criteria. The contract term will be for a five-year term, unless terminated by either party. Payment and performance bonds are required for all projects for the full amount of the project. The District, at its sole discretion, may waive this requirement for small projects.
