Athletic Pole Facility

The Johnstown-Monroe Local School District is seeking proposals for the construction of a 40’ x 120’ pole facility adjacent to the High School baseball field. This building is to be built over existing batting cage, dug out and concrete slab and meet the following specifications: 1. Building is to be a 40’ x 120’ x 14’ post framed building. 2. Posts are to be treated 6”x6” placed 8’ on center. 3. Trusses are to be placed 4’ apart on center. 4. 2 – 2”x8” treated skirt boards around bottom. 5. Purlins and nailers every 2 foot. 6. 40 year warranty metal sides and roofing (Gray sides Red Roof with color samples provided to owner for selection). 7. Vapor barrier under roof. 8. 12” over hang on all sides except on south side there shall be a 4’ 6” overhang to cover walkway. 9. Continuous gutters. 10. Leave east and south sides of existing dugout open (no metal installed. 11. Two 10’x12’ garage doors with alternate quote for 10’ x 12’ sliding doors. 12. One metal solid utility door with locking hardware (Schlage). 13. 24” high opaque transom windows the length of the West side of building 12” below truss line. 14. Contractor responsible for drawings and permitting.
