Reconstruction of 12 neighborhood concrete streets including sidewalks, upgrading storm drainage lines, replacing water and sanitary sewer lines within the 12 streets and two alleys within the Timberbrook Addition bounded by Bellaire Blvd. to the north, Timberbrook Drive to the west, including Walnut Drive to the south and including Live Oak Drive to the east.
