Lift Station No. 13 Rehabilitation - SJRA Woodlands Division

Work of the contract is for the construction of Lift Station No. 13 Rehabilitation, including but not limited converting the existing dry pit/wet well set up to a submersible pump layout, the replacement or relocation of the lift station electrical equipment as indicated. In the contract documents, the replacement of the existing wet well top slab, the replacement of the associated piping, mechanical, and electrical items, and related site work. Construction will also include establishing temporary diversion pumping and constructing permanent diversion pumping connections, tree protection, coordination with the Woodlands Township, constructing concrete driveway, raising the electrical. Controls via a permanent platform, installation of a natural-gas generator, associated site grading, off-site grading, constructing a grass swale, and constructing a concrete swale with riprap to provide positive drainage as specified in the contract documents.
