| Description | This quotation shall be for the masonry and door/frame work to provide a new exterior egress door located at the front right side of the building. The work involves cutting the rough opening for a new door; furnishing and installing a lintel (precast reinforced concrete lintel from an approved manufacturer, ASTM A615 for 60,000 psi reinforcement, compressive strength of 3,000 psi min. galvanized/painted steel angle, A36 or A572); cleaning and reusing the brick/split face block; placing concrete/mortar fill for masonry units; furnishing and installing the door, door frame and threshold including priming and painting of these items; and furnishing and installing panic hardware, lock/pull, and closer on the new hollow metal door. |
