Landscape Maintenance Services for Zones 4 and 5

The Contractor shall furnish all services, labor, materials, equipment, tools, insurance, permits, and fees (if any) necessary to maintain the landscaping in Zones 4 and 5 areas according to the scope of services set forth by the City. The contractor shall be familiar with and follow the general guidance contained in Florida Green Industries Best Management Practices for Protection of Water Resources in Florida. The contractor will utilize the City’s Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques when managing landscape pests with the goal of reducing pest management expense, energy, and risk of chemical exposure to people, animals, and the environment. All equipment utilized to provide service shall be maintained by the Contractor in a manner demonstrating that equipment has been cleaned of any debris or pests from previous use.
