Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to construct a reinforced concrete retaining wall; access roadway; 6", 8", and 10" ductile iron water pipe; connection to existing water mains; pressure regulating station in below-grade precast concrete vault; retire existing booster pump station; and permanent asphalt concrete pavement patching. RANGE FOR ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $1,170,000 - $1,430,000 A pre-bid conference and site visit will NOT be held. Bids received after the date and time set for receipt will be REJECTED. Facsimile and Hard Copy Bids will NOT be accepted TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder.
