Description

Installation of one (1) low pressure simplex grinder lift station (Model WH101-60), 125 LF of 1-1/4 HDPE low pressure force main (LPFM) and connection to 1-1/4 stub-out at ROW, per application materials received on January 14, 2022 with additional information last received on February 17, 2022. All inquiries and requests for clarification or interpretation regarding this Request for Proposals shall be made in writing to the attention of the Procurement and Grants Administrator by mail to 86800 Overseas Highway, Islamorada, Florida 33036 or by email to mary.swaney@islamorada.fl.us no later than September 26, 2022. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified contractors to establish a term contract with one qualified contractor for Key Tree Cactus Preserve Restroom, Driveway Exit onto US1 and Kiosk Construction Services. By adding these public amenities, the proposed developments aim to increase the use and enjoyment of the Preserve.
