Description

Carlsbad Municipal Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified licensed contractors for electrical services for on-call/on-demand described herein. Per New Mexico Procurement Code Statute 13-1-153 multiple source award; limitations on use and Per New Mexico Procurement Code Statute 13-1-154 Multiple source award; determination required, the Carlsbad Municipal Schools has determined that it is necessary to make a multiple source award to ensure the vendor requirements of responding to emergencies within a two (2) hour time period can be achieved.
