Construction of a 40' X 60' X 14' Sheet Metal Building for Homer VFD

Bid #3 - Construction of a 40' x 60' x 14' sheet metal building for Homer VFD (re-bid of FY 22-23 Bid #29) This work will be performed according to the project specifications provided for this project. The proposal will include a special provision with reference to the Contractor's Non-Collusion Affidavit and a 5% bid bond in a certified or cashier's check or surety bond shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Evidence of having proper worker's compensation coverage for employees as provided by Title 85 of the Oklahoma Statutes Section 61 shall be required prior to issuance of a work order. Upon award of the contract to a successful bidder, the Contractor will commence work under this contract within forty-five (45) days. Pontotoc County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidder questions concerning this proposal will be accepted at that time. Non-attendance by any potential bidder will result in the disqualification of said bidder at bid opening
