The Phase 2 (P2) Project consists of addition and alteration work at the following locations. 1 Middle School. 525 Eagle Street, City of Dunkirk: Asbestos Abatement, window replacement, theatrical rigging and stage curtain replacement, auditorium seating replacement boiler replacement, elevator modernization and all associated electrical and building control work 2. Elementary School 7, 348 Lake Shore Drive East, City of Dunkirk; Secure entrance vestibule addition, interior renovations to the administrative offices, boiler replacement, cafeteria alterations inclusive of mechanical cooling. E, The Phase 3 (P3) Project consists of Alteration work at the following locations 1 Senior High School, 75 West Sixth Street. City of Dunkirk: work includes boiler and expansion tank replacement and all associated electrical and building control work. 2. Elementary School 5, 117 Brigham Road, City of Dunkirk; Boiler replacement, inclusive of electrical and building control work. The addition of cooling to the cafeteria inclusive of all structural, electrical and building control work. 3 Elementary School 4, 752 Central Avenue.
