Work includes demolition of the existing sales counter, offices, entire 2nd level and stairs. New sales area trade counter, storage area, restrooms, offices, café Hub, and will call counter. Infill existing overhead doors. Added new ceiling mounted fan in Warehouse. Revised headed for new sliding door. Relocated 3 existing furnace units to accommodate new office layout. All new supply and return air duct work along with new air devices to serve new office layout. New exhaust systems to serve new restrooms. Relocated existing unit heater in Warehouse to accommodate new layout. Added new ceiling mounted fan in Warehouse. Extend and reconnect gas line for relocated furnace units. Extend and reconnect gas line for relocated unit heater. New plumbing design to accommodate new office layout. Connect new sanitary, cold water, hot water, gas piping and vent piping into existing building services. New electrical layout in sell and office areas. New lighting in sales, office And warehouse areas. Added fan in warehouse.
