1st Street and Bertha Street Roadway Improvements Project

The Scope of Work consists of Roadway, Drainage and Improvements. This project is partially FDOT Small County Outreach Program (SCOP) funded and therefore requires adherence to the SCOP agreement and FDOT construction standards. The project is primarily on 1st Street and Bertha Street which are County owned roads in the City of Key West (City) jurisdiction. Contractor shall coordinate with the City for Maintenance of Traffic) MOT permit. The project includes drainage installation and rehabilitation including pipe wall restoration, roadway reconstruction, section of black base construction, milling, overlaying existing road surfaces with asphaltic concrete pavement, re-grading roadway shoulders, sidewalk reconstruction, pavement markings, signage, water utility replacements, and other roadway construction as shown on the Drawings and included in the Technical Specifications. Provide all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, construction equipment, transportation, inspection, and proper execution and completion of all Work as specified in the Project Manual included in this Bid Package.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
