Palm Springs USD - Cathedral City High School Modernization Project - Increment 1

Cathedral City High School Modernization Project - Estimated Cost: $47,000,000 for both increments to this project. As of December 27, 2023, the awarded general contractor has released this project for sub bidding for Increment 1. Interested parties, please contact the awarded general contractor directly for document access and eventual prequalification for this project. Construction is anticipated to start April 1, 2024 The successful contractor(s) shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if awarded a contract for the project. The successful contractor(s) and its subcontractors shall pay all workers on the project not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations, State of California, for the type of work performed and the locality in which the work is to be performed within the boundaries of the District, pursuant to sections 1770 et seq. of the California Labor Code.
